Iron Man 3 get release date

The next time audiences see Robert Downey Jr. portray Tony Stark/Iron Man, he’ll be sharing the spotlight with a rabble crew of superheroes in "The Avengers" (in theaters May 4, 2012). But let’s face it, Stark has never been one for sharing the spotlight. He needs his own movie. Luckily, RDJ and his big-screen alter-ego(s) are getting just that: "Iron Man 3" has been given an official release date of May 3, 2013.
